Sound Bath

Doors open at [6:45pm et]

Sound bath begins at 7:00pm et and runs about an hour

Please arrive early. Doors close once we begin.

This is an immersive Sound Bath experience. Featuring a massive 62in gong that is one of a kind experience. There are over 30 instruments in the entire collection that you may hear. We feature 6 gongs, high-end crystal bowls, and many other sound implements.

🧘 What to bring

A yoga mat(or any other comfortable material), blanket, pillow, leg bolster, and eye mask. You may also bring a chair, or lounger to sit. Wear comfortable clothes. You are encouraged to bring everything to make your experience as comfortable as possible. We will be on concrete, prepare as best you can. There is a lot of space so don’t be concerned.

📍Venue- The Indian River County Fairgrounds in the EXPO CENTER. You may park in the grass directly adjacent to the entry doors.
